Under applicable legal terms, Enigma the Six allows for the exchange or return of ordered and received items within 15 days from receipt.

To initiate this process, the Customer must contact our team via email before proceeding with the return. Products should be returned within 15 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.

Only products that are in good condition and have complete packaging will be accepted. All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions stated above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the customer wishes to be refunded, please note that:

• The refund will be processed via bank transfer.
• Shipping costs to our facilities are the responsibility of the Customer.
• The refund will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned products.
